How much is the warranty?​

  • Officaial Warranty 1 Years, 2 Years has been provided according to the selected brand.

Payment Methods

How many payment methods can I choose?​

  • Currently we are using following payment method, you can choose the method which is more convenient for you
    • Cash on Delivery
    • KBZ Pay,AYA Pay,Wave Pay,CB Pay,MPU,Visa,Masta,JC

Return & Cancel 

  • Customers must contact Watch Bay Customer Service within (5) days after receiving the item (wrong color, wrong item, etc.).
  • Customer Service will determine whether the item is covered by the Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Within (5) days, the customer will be satisfied with the items notified.
  • If it is a return item, the customer will be told how long the processing day will be according to the relevant Retun & Exchange Policy.
  • Return Items will be returned within (3) days after Customer Service receives them.
  • If a return cannot be made, exchange with another item of similar value.
  • Watch bay will pay delivery fees for the error items. Customer need to pay pickup and delivery charges for ex-change items due to change of mind.
  • You can cancel by contacting Customer Care within 12 hours after order confirmation.
  • You can’t ex-change or return the new product at the store of yours’s online purchase product.

Shipping Terms  

Delivery Time

  • (3) days after placing an order in Yangon, delivery within a week if outside of Yangon.
  • If you want to pick up the ordered item, you must contact Customer Service within one day after order confirmation and contact us during office hours.
  • If Customer Service informs you to pick up, you can come to Time City Complex, Building-3, 17th Floor, Hanthawaddy Road, Kamayut Township, Yangon, Myanmar during office hours.

Which cities do you deliver to?

  • You can see the list of cities where delivery service is available.

Can I change the address?  

  • You can add and change the address you want to change before the order is confirmed.

Notifying about the delivery of the product.

  • Watchbay Customer Service will contact the buyer once the delivery and delivery is complete.

How can I know the status of order delivery?
